Efficient offline stocktaking with ScanSKU Stocktake Offline
ScanSKU Stocktake Offline is a powerful Android app that helps you scan your warehouse locations, barcodes and input quantities for a stocktake. Designed to work offline, this app requires no Wi-Fi or internet connection. All data is saved on the device and can be exported in CSV format via email, upload or PC copy.
One of the key features of this app is the ability to capture locations, barcodes, and quantities. You can lock the location field to scan multiple SKUs against one location or have only one location for a whole stocktake. The quantity can be set to a default of "1" for quicker scanning when you have one of each item. This mode eliminates the need to input a quantity each time.
Additionally, ScanSKU Stocktake Offline provides visual and audible verification to confirm whether a product was added or if there was an error in data such as a missing quantity. You can easily view all data that has been scanned within the app. This app can be used with an external scanner or your device's camera to scan barcodes.
